The pike

Elongated, streamlined body

Pike can grow up to 1.5 metres long. If you are about 10 years old, you could be about as big as a pike is long.

The pike usually lurks motionless in its hiding place in the reeds, under lily pads or under a fallen tree trunk lying in the water.
