21: Advent wreath – 4th candle
He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.”

The fourth candle calls out: Wait for him and be ready.
Important things need preparation. How can you prepare for the return of Jesus? The best thing is to welcome him into your life today, if you have not already done so. After that, God's children should guide others to God, just as a lighthouse guides ships to a safe harbour.
Shine for others like a lighthouse
Lighthouses are usually located along the coast, on islands or in the water off the coast. They shine their light far out to sea and help ships find their way.
Today, most ships find their way with the help of satellites. Nevertheless, lighthouses are still very important. The technology that works via satellites can fail. Smaller ships do not have this technology at all.
