09: Shepherds in the field at night
And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. Luke 2:8
Around the time when God placed the special star in the sky, some shepherds were out in the fields with their sheep. The shepherds lived in the fields most of the time. They tended the sheep and guarded the flock at night. On the night mentioned in Luke 2:8, they experienced something quite special.
