Abraham and the promised Saviour
The Lord had said to Abram, “... I will make you into a great nation. I will bless you. I will make your name great. You will be a blessing to others. ... All nations on earth will be blessed because of you.” Genesis 12:1-3

God had promised, that Abraham would be a blessing to the whole world – and he was because the promised Savior was one of his descendants.

The promised Savior blesses the whole world, because he came to this world to save people from sin.
