God Makes the World
Genesis 1:1-2

1In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. 2The earth didn’t have any shape. And it was empty. Darkness was over the surface of the ocean. At that time, the ocean covered the earth.

Then God made the light. He called the light ‘day’. He called the darkness ‘night’. This happened on the first day. On the second day, God made space between the waters. He called the space `sky’.

 

Think!

God in the Bible is the one true God. He made the whole world out of nothing.

He made day and night. Which is your favorite? God loves you.

He wants to take care of you. He has the power to help you.

Thank God that He has so much power.
