Slaves!
Exodus 1:6-8

6Joseph and all of his brothers died. So did all of their children. 7The people of Israel had many children. They greatly increased their numbers. There were so many of them that they filled the land. 8Then a new king came to power in Egypt. He didn’t know anything about Joseph.

There were more and more of God´s people in Egypt. The new kind was afraid. He made them work hard as slaves. The king said to kill all the baby boys.

 

Think!

God knows everything! He knows the good and bad things in your life. He even knows the future. You can trust God to do what is best for you.

Put some stones into a cup. They are like things that happen in your life. Now pour water in the cup. It goes all around the stones. The water can remind you of God. He is with you in everything that happens.

Dear God, thank you that you know all about my life. Help me trust you to do what’s best for me. In Jesus’ name. Amen
