¹⁴She will give birth to a son and he will be called Immanuel.

Isaiah was a man who told God’s messages to His people. He told about how Jesus, God’s Son, would be born. Immanuel is a name for Jesus. Immanuel means “God with us.”

Jesus is God with us. God is not far away. He is with His children all the time. He is with you at home, at school and when you sleep. He loves to be near you. You can talk to Him all the time.

Think of two places you will be today. God will be with you in both of them. Take a moment in each place to talk to God.
