⁶While Joseph and Mary were there, the time came for the child to be born. ⁷She gave birth to her first baby. It was a boy. She wrapped him in large strips of cloth. Then she placed him in a manger. There was no room for them in the inn.

Jesus was born in a stable. He was laid in a manger—a feeding box for animals.

Where were you born? Was it in a hospital or a house? What would it be like to be born in a stable like Jesus? What are some things He would have seen or heard? Think about that!

God’s own Son born in a stable! God loves you so much He sent His Son for you! Have you thanked Him for that today?
