Jesus Is Calling You
Mark 10:48-49

Blind Bartimaeus was calling to Jesus for help.

⁴⁸ And many rebuked him, telling him to be silent. But he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” ⁴⁹ And Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.” And they called the blind man, saying to him, “Take heart. Get up; he is calling you.”

Jesus heard Bartimaeus and He was willing to stop and help. How excited Bartimaeus must have been when the people told him Jesus was calling for him!

Think!

Jesus had time for Bartimaeus. Jesus always has time for you too. He is never too busy. He wants you to come to Him. You can talk to Him by praying. Have you talked to Him today? Tell Him all the good and bad things in your life. You can talk to Him many times every day. Stop and do it right now.

Dear God, thank you that I can talk to Jesus by praying. Please help me want to talk with Him more. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
