I Am with You
Matthew 28:19-20

Before Jesus returned to Heaven, He told His followers what to do next.

¹⁹ “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ²⁰ teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am always with you always, to the end of the age.”

These were some of Jesus’ last words to his followers before He returned to Heaven. He had important instructions for them to follow.

If you have believed in Jesus as your Savior, He wants you to help others follow Him. They need to learn how to obey God. You can show others what to do by obeying God. You can read the Bible with them. You can pray with them. You can tell them things you have learned about God. Who will you help to become a better follower of God?

Dear God, help me obey your command to help others be good followers of you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
