Jesus, God’s Son, died on the cross for our sins. He came back to life on the third day. Before He went back to Heaven, He told His followers to go and tell everyone about Him.

¹⁹ So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God. ²⁰ And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the message by accompanying signs.

Jesus had an important job for His disciples to do. He wanted everyone in the world to know that He died to save them from their sin.
