God Is in Charge
Acts 7:7-9

A bright light shone on Saul. Jesus talked to him from the light.

⁷ The men who were traveling with him stood speechless, hearing the voice but seeing no one. ⁸ Saul rose from the ground, and although his eyes were opened, he saw nothing. So they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. ⁹ And for three days he was without sight, and neither ate nor drank.

When Saul got up, he was blind! The people with him had to lead Saul to the city. He didn’t eat or drink for three days.

It took something big to make Saul believe the truth about Jesus. God had a plan for Saul. He wanted to change his life. God has a plan for you too. Will you listen to Him? He talks to you through the Bible. He talks to you when you pray. He may talk to you through other people. Listen to God. Do what He says. His plan is the best.

Dear God, thank you for having a plan for my life. Help me listen and do what You want. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
