Am I Dreaming?
Acts 12:9-10

An angel of the Lord came to lead Peter out of his prison cell.

⁹ And he went out and followed him. He did not know that what was being done by the angel was real, but thought he was seeing a vision. ¹⁰ When they had passed the first and the second guard, they came to the iron gate leading into the city. It opened for them of its own accord, and they went out and went along one street, and immediately the angel left him.

Peter thought he must be dreaming! The angel led him right out of the prison.

Think!

Peter must have been surprised when God sent an angel in answer to the believers’ prayers! God doesn’t always answer us the way we think He will. Maybe you pray about a problem and you think God will take care of it one way. God may have a much better answer. Remember, He knows what is best. You may not understand what God is doing. Keep trusting Him anyway.

Dear God, I know Your answers are best. Help me trust You, even when I don’t understand. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
