Tell Others
Acts 8:4-6

Because the believers were being punished for teaching about Jesus, they had to be scattered (moved) to many different places.

4 Now those who were scattered went about preaching the word. 5 Philip went down to the city of Samaria and proclaimed to them the Christ. 6 And the crowds with one accord paid attention to what was being said by Philip, when they heard him and saw the signs that he did.

The believers taught about Jesus everywhere! God gave them power to show they were telling the truth. People listened to them. Philip was one of those who taught about Jesus.

Think!

The believers kept trusting God and telling about Him wherever they went. You can trust God, even when hard things happen. Maybe your family has to move to a new place. It makes you sad to leave your friends. But God is still in charge. You can trust Him in the new place you go to live. Maybe He will give you new friends and you can tell them about Him.

You can pray like this:

Dear God, I’m glad I can trust You even when hard things happen. Thank you for taking care of me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
