Time For Laughing And Being Cheerful!

Throw your head back and call out loud:

"Kuu-kuu-kuu-kuu-kuu-kaa-kaa-kaa"

Isn’t that fun?

That’s the song of the kookaburra, a bird which lives in Australia and some islands nearby. The air is filled with their laughter as they crowd in the tree tops before bedtime and at sunrise.

One family laughs and another responds. They tell each other: "This is our territory, so be careful!"
